Tartan o scozzese?

Altro capo che quest’anno spacciano come trend di stagione è il tessuto scozzese o tartan che dir si voglia. Ma in realtà non è mai passato di moda e non solo nella tradizione britannica. Lo scorso anno era l’epoca del punk e questo tessuto era consuetudine trovarlo per pantaloni e gonne,l’anno prima abbiamo avuto il grunge dove lo scozzese imperversava nelle camicie di flanella, prima c’era stato l’anno del british e qui di nuovo il quadretto l’ha fatta da padrone; basti pensare al marchio Burberry che della fantasia scozzese ne ha fatto un vero e proprio manifesto…e mi sembra che le vendite siano in aumento costante! Ora tralasciando il must have, ognuno di noi dovrebbe avere nell’armadio qualcosa di questo tessuto! E visto che ne sono sprovvista; o meglio ho solo la fodera dell’impermeabile della burberry scozzese ma credo non valga, vero? Spero allora che questo sia l’anno giusto per acquistare qualcosa del genere.

Another theme who peddle this year as the season trend is the tartan,or if you prefer the scottish checked. But in reality it has never gone out of fashion and not only in the British tradition. Last year was the time of punk and it was customary to find this fabric for trousers and skirts, the year before we had the grunge where the scottish patterned raged in flannel shirts, before there had been the year of the British and also here this fantasy was everywhere, just think of the Burberry brand that has made the tartan a true manifesto… and it seems that sales are steadily increasing! Now aside from the must-have, each of us should have something in the closet of this fabric! And since I don’t have anything, or rather I only have the inside lining of my Burberry raincoat, but I think is not sufficient, isn’t it? I hope that this is the right year to buy something scottish.

La signora del punk Vivienne Westwood lo propone su mini e giacche per questo autunno-inverno con colori meno tradizionali, Moschino festeggia i suoi 30 anni con una collezione tipicamente inglese, Versace si lascia contagiare nei cappotti e il quadretto invade un po’ tutti: Valentino, Gucci, Saint Laurent… The tartan fabric is warm, unisex and from traditional is became iconic! The only news are the colors, they are less traditional, Moschino celebrated its 30th anniversary with a collection quintessential English, Versace is infected in tartan coats or in dresses. The tartan invades a bit all: Valentino , Gucci, Saint Laurent…
Il tartan si presta a cambiare sfumatura: dalladonna tradizionale passiamo a quella moderna; dalla bambola, alla colleggiale, dalla guerriera a quella punk. La donna viene vista attraverso il caleidoscopio della fantasia della stoffa e si propone in maniera sempre diversa; accentuando nuovi aspetti sempre diversi. The tartan lends itself to change the point of view: we can see a traditional woman and a modern one, it change from a doll, to a collegiate, from warrior to the punk scene. The woman is seen through the kaleidoscope of this fantasy and the fabric is proposed to her a different way; accentuating new aspects always different.  
A proposito di Vivienne, non vi sembra che i colori del trucco assomiglino un po’ troppo a quelli usati da Fendi per la scorsa stagione? Mmmmmh… The last thing about Vivienne, don’t you think that the colors of the makeup used by her look like a little too much to those used by Fendi for the last season? Mmmmmh …
