Ufo il gufo!

 Anche io alla fine ho ceduto, ho comperato un gufo! Devo dire che mi hanno sempre fatto tenerezza: il civetta, il barbagianni e poi il gufo con quegli occhi grandi e quel modo buffo di girarsi. Sembrano sempre talmente perplessi e dubbiosi che finiscono per starmi simpatici! Ma fino ad ora non avevo acquistato nulla con la fantasia del gufo! Ieri, invece, ero in centro a cercare un paio di scarpe da indossare per il battesimo di Martina e sono entrata da Accessorize per comperare due regali: uno di compleanno e l’altro per Giulia (la sorellina maggiore di Martina)! Mi piace fare regali ai bimbi e soprattutto ho pensato che Sabato la povera Martina sarà messa un po’ in secondo piano e non lo trovo giusto. A parte le mie fissazioni da figlia unica, sbirciando sono stata attratta da un bracciale (ovviamente rigido) a forma di gufo; in un nano secondo era al mio polso e dopo pochissimo è passato per la cassa…che ne dite? A me è piaciuto troppo! Vi presento: Ufo il gufo! At the end I gave in, I bought an owl! I have to say that I’ve always liked  owls, barn owls with theirs big eyes and with their funny way of turning around. They always seem so perplexed and doubtful that it finished  to be !  I had not bought anything with  owl until now! Yesterday, however, I was in the center to find a pair of shoes to wear for Martina’s baptism  and I entered in Accessorize to buy two gifts: one for a birthday and the other for Julia (Martina’s sister)! I like to give gifts to children and  I thought  Martina will be put a little in the background and I do not think it’s good. So I’ll bring to her a gift! A part my fixations as an only child I was attracted in the shop by a bangle in owl’s shape, so in a nano-second it was put on my wrist and after a very few time it was payed… what do you think? I liked it too much! I present to you: Ufo the owl!

Narra la leggenda che Dio creò il mondo con tutti i suoi animali; ognuno con le proprie caratteristiche, ma quando poi il Signore, riguardando il gufo, si accorse che lo aveva pensato troppo bizzarro, un pò si pentì di avergli dato occhi così grandi ed abitudini notturne che lo rendevano molto diverso dagli altri. Allora gli volle fare un grande dono: sarebbe diventato l’animale della buona sorte, quello che avrebbe sempre portato con sè i buoni auspici per migliorare la vita di coloro che se lo sarebbero tenuto vicino, senza averne paura.  Questa è la leggenda del gufo, e se fosse davvero così? Non sarebbe male, confidando nella buona sorte riempiamoci di gufi! The legend has it that God created the world with all its animals, each one with its own characteristics. But when the Lord, looking at the owl, he realized that he had thought too bizarre it, giving him eyes so large and nocturnal habits making it very different from others creatures, he wanted to give a great gift to owls: they would become the pet of good fortune, the one who always carried with its good wishes to improve the lives of those that would be held close this animal, without being afraid.
