Shorts life?

Bentrovate fashioniste, con tutto il coraggio che ho l’argomento del giorno sono gli shorts. Devo premettere che io non ho certo il tipo di fisico da portemi permettere questo capo, e dovendo essere sincera pochissime ragazze lo hanno. Welcome back fashionistas, the topic of the day is the shorts; I’m writing this post with all the courage that I have. I must start by saying that I don’t have the perfect body to wear these, and having to be honest  I think that very few girls have the right body.

Quindi è giusto indossare qualcosa che non ci valorizzi solo perchè è di moda? So is it fitting to wear something that don’t enhances our body  just because it is fashionable?

Ovviamente è solo una questione di cm! Sfatiamo il mito:” Ragazze, i centimetri contano sempre!”. Odio le persone che non lo ammettono: provate ad infilare un mobile con un solo cm in più in una nicchia, oppure all’arrivo è anche una frazione di cm di vantaggio che ti fa vincere una gara e lo stesso dicasi per gli shorts.  Obviously it’s only a matter of inches! Per indossarli dovremmo avere qualche centimetro in più di altezza e qualche centimetro in meno di circonferenza coscia, parte che viene messa in evidenza in tutto il suo splendore o con tutti i suoi difetti. Le gambe dovranno essere toniche, tornite e perfette, tutto qua! Un gioco da ragazzi! We should have a few more inches in height and someinches less in thigh circumference to wear them, The legs are highlighted in all its beauty and with all its flaws. The legs will be toned, shapely and perfect, that’s all! A no-brainer!

Dobbiamo evitare di farci prendere dalla mano sul troppo corto; è vero i fisici possono essere invidiabili, ma forse tutto questo mostrare non è di buon gusto. Beh, è vero anche che io non ho scelto due reginette del bon ton! Dovremo tener presente che le calze ( se le indossiamo) non dovranno mostrare la parte più resistente oltre l’orlo del pantalone come purtroppo avviene spessissimo. E se accostato ad un blazer lo shorts dovrà essere leggermente più lungo per evitare l’effetto maniaco: sotto la giacca nuda! Sono io che sto invecchiando o trovate anche voi che alcuni sono un po’ troppo corti per la città?
