Lo so, mea culpa…troppo lunga! Sembra che il mio armadio abbia sempre bisogno di essere riempito neanche fosse un tacchino del giorno del ringraziamento…manca sempre il capo giusto, l’accessorio adatto, la scarpa ad hoc; ma come devo fare? E poi mi lamento che non ho spazio e che i soldi scarseggiano; povera me! I know, mea culpa … too long! It seems that my wardrobe has always needs to be filled even if it was a turkey on Thanksgiving day… I always missing the right garment, or accessory, or a pair of shoes ad hoc, but how do I do? Durante le vacanze di Natale ho avuto seri problemi di tempo, connessione e digestione…per cui sono letteralmente sparita! Ma eccomi di nuovo qui e con un look tutto nuovo pronta per affrontare questo 2014 con tanta grinta! Quest’anno inizia in rosa!!! Prima di Natale un mio caro amico mi ha invitato ad un aperitivo a dire il vero insolito; un salone di parrucchiere che diventa la location per un party con tanto di dj set! Ho pensato che fosse una cosa geniale e ci sono andata! La serata è stata frizzante, divertente e briosa! Un angolo era stato allestito per un photo shooting natalizio curato da Antonio Guzzardo, il salone dal design accattivante e colorato era stato totalmente reinterpretato per ospitare l’evento e Vicky, il titolare, mi ha conquistata con tartine, trenini e battute! La sera stessa ho deciso di tradire il mio parrucchiere ed ho prenotato un appuntamento per il 28 Dicembre da Vicky Hair Fusion! Before Xmas, a good friend of mine invited me to a cocktail actually unusual, a hairdresser shop which becomes the venue for a complete party with a DJ set! I thought it was a brilliant idea and I went there! The party was lively, fun and cool! A corner had been set for a Christmas photo shoot by Antonio Guzzardo, the shop was attractive and colorful and it was totally reinterpreted to host the event and Vicky, the owner, won me over with canapés, dances and jokes! The same evening I decided to betray my hairdresser and I booked an appointment for December 28 to Vicky Hair Fusion!

Ieri sono andata puntuale e con l’ansietta da primo appuntamento… non so voi, ma per me il parrucchiere è un po’ un amico, un confidente, un po’ uno psicologo, un po’ un guru… è quella persona alla quale affido la mia testa che è il mio biglietto da visita (tutti la vedranno)…e se sbaglia o se non mi piace il risultato lo vedrò ogni giorno per un bel po’! Ed io mi conosco: ho gusti difficili!!! Ma con Vicky c’è stata subito sintonia, appena provo a spiegare lui ha già chiaro cosa non voglio (quello che voglio potrebbe essere vago, ma quello che va assolutamente evitato ce l’ho ben presente sempre!) e mi propone piccole modifiche al colore e al taglio per avere un effetto finale totalmente diverso dal mio solito senza trovarmi ad essere qualcosa di diverso da me. Per la prima volta non vado con nessuna idea ed esco con quello che avrei voluto e che non osavo chiedere per timore che sbagliassero; le sfumature su un colore chiarissimo potevano risultare eccessive come delle colate di colore su un foglio bianco e non mi sarebbero piaciute, lo stesso dicasi per il colore rosa che deve essere pastello, ma non troppo chiaropoichè deve emergere ed anche il platino chiarissimo può venire non uniforme…tanti, troppi punti delicati che Vicky, come un vero artista, ha saputo gestire e bilanciare tutto alla perfezione! La Patisserie di Paint your days ha aperto! The Paint your days Patisserie has opened!
Mi piace molto cucinare, mi rilassa da sempre, anche se da piccola, quando facevo l’aiutante era piuttosto noioso: prendi la farina, versa un po’ di latte, imburra la teglia. Erano poche le cose che potevo fare, mi dovevo limitare a guardare e ad apprendere. Da qui deve essere nato il mio senso di osservazione; osservo, registo in memoria ed imparo velocemente. Ma oggi è tutto diverso, non faccio più l’aiutante ma sono la regina della cucina; mi diverto da matti nello sperimetare cose nuove e nel provare nuove ricette! I love to cook, it relaxes me since I’ve began, even though when I was a child I was only an aide and it was pretty boring: take the flour, pour a little of milk, put the butter on a pan. There were few things I could do, I had to restrict to watch and learn. From here it must be born on my sense of observation, I observe,I rec in my memory and so I learn quickly. But today everything is different, I’m not the aide but I’m the queen of the kitchen, I enjoy in experiment new things and try new recipes!
La prima ricetta per questo Natale sono dei tozzetti al cioccolato e nocciole, semplici e gustosissimi.
Ingredienti:
500 gr di farina
300 gr di zucchero
4 uova
250 di nocciole
250 di cioccolato fondente
1 bustina di lievito pane degli angeli
1 bustina di vaniglina
Dopo aver tritato le nocciole e la cioccolata, versate in una ciotola tutti gli ingredienti e mescolate fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Posizionate l’impasto su una teglia facendo degli sfilatini piuttosto sottili ( lo spessore di un dito andrà bene) ed infornate a 180°. Non appena inizieranno a dorarsi toglieteli dal forno, tagliateli a fette e infornateli nuovamente per altri 10 minuti. Fateli raffreddare e sono pronti per essere mangiati. Ecco i miei!
The first recipe for this Christmas is tozzetti of chocolate and hazelnuts, simple and delicious.
ingredients:
500 gr of flour
300 gr of sugar
4 eggs
250 gr Hazelnut
250 gr dark chocolate
1 tablespoon baking bread of angels
1 teaspoon of vanilla
After chopped hazelnuts and chocolate, pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until dough is smooth. Place the dough on a baking sheet making the loaves rather thin (the thickness of a finger is okay) and bake at 180 degrees. Not just they begin to became brown remove them from the oven, cut into slices and bake again for another 10 minutes. Let them cool down and so they are ready to be eaten. Here is mine!
Ovviamente l’odore di nutella per casa era sconvolgente e non hanno resistito. Pare che la tortura fosse troppo grande e me li hanno rubati da sotto al naso…Obviously the smell of nutella house was overwhelming and he did not resist.
